By taking cuttings, dividing plants, or collecting seedlings from neighbors and initiatives like Meer Bomen Nu (More Trees Now), you give existing plants a second life. We also collect many seeds from wild plants and spread them in our garden. This way, your garden will grow and flourish without the need for a grower.<\/p><p>You don't need to buy nutrients in a bag. In the fall, simply sweep fallen leaves from the sidewalk into your garden. This leaf litter forms a nutrient-rich, natural layer of soil that soil life loves. In the summer, mulch with what you have left over: finely chopped pruning waste and (composted) organic waste from your kitchen.\u00a0<\/p><p>By reusing, you keep materials in the cycle and avoid transport, packaging, pesticides, and the use of artificial fertilizers.
